X-POD II - Sling Pack (S)

Do you carry your laptop wherever you go? Other than going to work, school or to a coffee shop, for all other occasions the answer may be no. All you really need on a daily basis may just be your smartphone, keys, perhaps a water bottle and your wallet. So why haul a backpack wherever and whenever?

The X-POD (pronounced cross-pod) is our modern take on the classic fanny pack. Reimagined for today’s active and demanding lifestyle. And perfectly sized to carry more than just your wallet or passport, but not too big to keep you free and agile. As smartphones just keep getting bigger and EDC tools become a daily must, a smaller pack is the smarter and stylish everyday carry solution.

X-POD II now features a rear pass-through sleeve to store the shoulder strap when packing for trips. And includes a detachable chest stabilizer strap for a more secure fit during activities.

Furthermore, the Cordura® nylon used on the main body has been replaced with their RE/COR™ RN66 100% recycled nylon. And the interior has also been upgraded with our new custom-made ripstop orange camo inner lining.

HYBRID colorway (Arid, Daybreak, and Tropic ONLY):

For Arid, Daybreak, and Tropic ONLY, we use the newest ECOPAK™ fabric, replacing the previous X-Pac® material for the front compartment. This is paired with our tried and tested Cordura® fabric for the main body, which has also been upgraded to a recycled nylon.

ECOPAK™ features a similar diamond-shaped pattern like the X-Pac®. But, it is the world’s only durable and waterproof fabric made from 100% recycled polyester fiber and film. And a PFC-free (C0) DWR coating is used, which is more environmentally friendlier than traditional water-repellent coatings. And ECOPAK™ fabric lasts longer, absorbs 80% less moisture, and has better UV resistance and color retention than traditional laminated nylon.
